This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I usually hire the same cleaning lady to clean our house and she asked for $ 65 to clean my ENTIRE house. She did it in an hour and a half and made it look beautiful. However, she was busy today so I took a leap of faith and tried out this company. It was a horrible mistake. As soon as they arrived, there was judgement written all over their face and they said it was too dirty to clean. Mind you, we had boxes and suitcases because we were moving out, but it was NOT too dirty to clean. (Is that even a thing? I mean, we’re PAYING you.) However, one lady proceeded to ask the THREE other girls she came with if they wanted to clean. They stood there with their arms crossed and said no. I wanted to compromise so I told them I will pay them the same if they can at least do the kitchen and half the living room. Honestly, it would take me 30 minutes to do it and if I’m getting paid more than $ 100, I would do it HAPPILY. They said NO and one of them was giggling and texting on her phone which was beyond RUDE. I do not recommend ANYONE to use this cleaning service. Now, I’m doing everything by myself even though I had an important meeting to go to (which is why I couldn’t clean it by myself in the first place) I have never seen a rude cleaning service refuse and make a fool out of the customer like this.

They did a fantastic job on our home, very detail oriented. Highly recommended. Will definitely have them come back again.

I have used Touch of Europe for two years. We have a busy household, children and pets. The staff is friendly but most of all the do a wonderful job. I love coming home to such a clean home. I highly recommend this company!
