Bathrooms are filthy. Ceiling tiles are water-stained. Even the white tiles on the wall next to the booths are sprinkled with food splashes. What must the kitchen be like? One waitress for Sunday at noon, though every table filled. Out of steak, baked potatoes and probably more. Long wait.

Great food and friendly service, classic dinner atmosphere with posters and other décor that make it a fun spot for breakfast, lunch and even dinner

Excellent for a home style Sunday brunch. Bacon and cheese omelette’s were outstanding. Served with your choice of home fries or hash browns.(both were yummy). Top that off with toast, coffee and a super waitstaff. A favorite in Wauseon.

This place has been in my hometown forever. Honestly, I had never eaten there until John Tiffany bought it in 2004. This place is the quintessential Midwestern diner, with greasy food, friendly service, and pie. The food is best referred to as filling — I tend to collapse into a coma after eating here. I’m addicted to breakfast places(need that coffee!), so this is the place I go when I’m back in the home town.
