First off, Aurora has THREE large clinic locations within one mile of each other, all on Mayfair Rd so be sure that you’re at the right one when you make an appointment! This one is just north of Burleigh Rd — the others are just south of Burleigh (literally 2 blocks away) and the third is on Watertown Plank.
This location has a bunch of services — traditional primary care, lab services, imaging (ultrasounds, mammograms, etc) as well as an urgent care. The patient care spaces are newly renovated with updated and clean seating (I am a super freak about this, so this earns extra stars from me).
My doc isn’t based out of here so I’ve only visited for referral stuff and urgent care. In every case, the staff members have been friendly and efficient. I’m generally in and out relatively quickly, even in the case of urgent care. It’s clean, close to home and everything you need is at one location.
Question to Aurora — do you really need THREE big ass clinics so close together?
