By far the worst experience by far at any restaurant. I understand employees make mistakes but should fix them but this cousins oh no. I talked to the manager and he blamed me and also told me «tough sh%&» when I asked if they could make me a new sub. Really this is the piece of work they have running that place. Clearly manager should finish grade school to learn how to be polite as this is the business he is in. I already have one of the office buildings in Research Park not going here anymore and believe I am telling everyone I know around here how horrible the people are and better hope they make it right which a good chance they won’t and then either u deal with it or get swore at by a clown that cannot run a resturabt. I wish I could give u negative stars. Poor excuse for a Cousins abd all this place is doing is ruining others.

***Update*** We went back to return the subs and to request a refund. When we entered the store there were two employees(one male & one female) sitting in the front typing on their cell phones with no one else in sight. We asked to speak with a manager and both initially ignored us and a girl came out from the back saying she could help us. We again explained that we really needed to speak to a manager. The male on his phone, who initially ignored us, stood up and said he was the owner. We politely explained the past situations we have experienced and stated that we still decided to give them another chance and to see if delivery would be different and expressed our disappointment with today’s service. The male who stated he was the manager cut us off, called us liars, and accused us of yelling at his staff and cussing at them which we NEVER did. We expressed our concerns with their customer service and stated that if this was how they treat their customers from now on we would go elsewhere. His response was«I don’t care, you can f***ing leave!» At this point we did cuss, we told him«f*** you we will never come back here again and we are going to tell every one we know not to frequent this location.» and promptly left. If you want horrible service and a «manager» and employees that don’t care about the customer by all means go to this location. If you want good service and employees that appreciate you as a customer I would recommend driving 5 minutes south on Hwy 100 to the Hwy 100& Greenfield location as we will be doing from now on. ***Original Review*** If I could give negative five stars I would. The past three times we have gone into the store to order they not only lost our order each time, but when we asked for an update we were told it was a busy and they would complete the order as soon as possible, all while those who had ordered after us were getting their orders and leaving. Each time this happened it wasn’t until 30 – 45 min later that they finally said, «someone else must have taken the order.» No apology, NOTHING. All they did was act annoyed that they had to remake the order. When we complained to the manager about the lack of customer service and being blown off multiple times even they didn’t apologize and just said sometimes this stuff happens. While I can under stand this happening on occasion, multiple times in a row is too hard to call a coincidence. Today we decided to give them another chance and to try ordering delivery hoping it would be a better experience. Unfortunately, it was far worse than anything yet. We were estimated that delivery would be 30min. 30 min. went by, then 45 min, then 60. At this time we called for an update on the order, the employee that answered the phone was extremely rude and made no effort to identify the problem, put us on hold and said that they would have the manager call us. 15−20min later still no call back so we called again and told them to cancel the order as at this time it had been an hour and a half and no one could give us an update on the status. We were told that the order could not be canceled and that it was on its way, after further complaining we were to told to come into the store for a refund. 15 minutes after getting off the phone our order finally arrived, keep in mind this was now 1 hour and 45 minutes after we had originally placed the order and we are less than a mile away from this Cousins location. The delivery driver was rude, I requested that he have the manager call us and he said well you can call him at the number on the top of the receipt. I told him no, we have already called multiple times he can call us back and wrote my number down on the order for him to take back. This employee when he thought I wasn’t looking he asked my friend where the garbage was to throw it away. Even after all this, we opened up the order that was delivered to find it was completely wrong. 2 hours later: wrong order, horrible service, lack of any concern by the manager, and we are still sitting here hungry with no lunch. From now on we will go up to the Cousin’s on Hwy 100 and Greenfield as they are friendly, polite, and they actually care about service quality and the customer experience.

I’ve never really had a bad experience here, to be honest. Service is overall friendly — they will greet you when you walk in. Weekends tend to be busier, especially around peak times — if you can avoid going at those times, do it. Parking can be dicey on weekends — depending on the time of year, Habenero’s(next door) might have a lot going on and spots are at a premium. Bread is fresh, and subs are made fast. Overall, 4 stars.

[THEGOOD] Parking was easy?! [THEBAD] Tables still had crumbs left on many of them and there were three workers working!!! Not only that but my niece & I had to wait a good 10 mins to get our sandwiches. REALLY??? And our sandwiches were sloppy and dry. Not yummy at ALL!
