Do not recommend for breast implants I got much bigger size I ask for. I went to see three different Dr to get a second opinion. Each one stated. Dr Kramer put a far to big of implant in for my small body and overfilled the implant and placed it wrong. All my $$$$$ I spent went down the drain. Now I have to spent $$ again to correct her mistake !! Please to your homework before you see her !! Dr Kramer is not Board-certificated !!

I visited Dr. Kramer when I was 60, and had been planning to have some surgery for several years to fix my «turkey neck», something I inherited from my mother. Dr. Kramer did an initial assessment, gently pointing to other areas that might need work. «Start with something small,» was her very sound advice. After a Botox treatment for my «angry» line between my eyes(which worked beautifully) I decided to begin with my crêpe-y eyelids, which I too thought needed work. My husband, however, sweetly vetoed: «There’s nothing wrong with your eyes!» But, I knew this was love speaking, and decided to take Dr. Kramer’s advice. It was a great decision. I am 6 months post-op, and cannot even see the scar on one eye, and the other one is almost gone. No one ever noticed, even when I had the invisible sutures still in! Several months later, I took the bigger step of a mini face lift and neck band tuck. I have been thrilled with the artistic work of Dr. Kramer. I don’t look 30, but I don’t look any where near my now 61 years. It is a natural and fresh look, and I don’t cringe any more when I look in the mirror. And I”m only 2 months out!(I did not opt for the neck lift because of financial considerations, but I may do that as well in a couple of years.) I found the cost of the entire package very reasonable for the U.S. An acquaintance went to Costa Rica to save money, and because of that could not have any followup appointments, something I valued, in addition to having a doctor I trusted. Dr. Kramer and her staff are warm and helpful, and truly feel fulfilled by helping women look their best. I would go back to her and trust her advice any time. Something I look for in a professional is their passion for what they do, and Dr. Kramer has that in spades!

BEAUTYMEETSTHEBEAST… This review is for cosmetic surgery I had performed by Dr. Kramer, and more specifically LIPOSUCTION. If this interests you, read on. This is not my typical acerbic review, given the serious nature of surgery. Probably the biggest question I get from friends is «WHY did you have liposuction done?» Like everyone, insecurity. DUH! Normally, I take full responsibility for things in my life that render me unhappy for whatever reason. Not this time! I’ll just go right ahead and blame my parents for crappy genetics. The areas that plagued me most were the flanks(love handles – where most guys carry their weight), and the thin layer of fat covering the mid abdomen and therefore concealing even the most remote sign of ab muscles. No matter how much time one puts in at the gym doing«stomach crunches», if genetics are not in your favor, all you will do is develop really solid«sandbar» of abs that no one including yourself will ever see. Similarly, if you have love handles, you can diet and they will shrink along with your overall silhouette. As soon as you gain weight, they will expand proportionally. Dr. Kramer explained: you cannot«spot train» to reduce fat in a particular area or «pocket.» ITSIMPLYWILLNOTWORK! People have uneven areas of fat, and liposuction can target and remove these cells permanently. If you gain weight, you will gain weight proportionally, but it will not settle in the pockets you have removed. Oh, and by the way, apparently the number and distribution of fat cells is determined by age 2. How depressing is that? For spending such an asinine amount of time in the gym, even though I am in decent shape I had these unflattering, ass-ugly areas on my body. Being a proactive person, I did my research and decided to fix it with liposuction. I have been around the cosmetic surgery block a few times enough to gauge know whether a surgeon is going to be good or deeply disappointing. Even if you check credentials, they don’t always reflect the best surgeon for the job. I knew IMMEDIATELY that Dr. Kramer was not only qualified, but was going to do a remarkable job for me. I have NEVER in my life met with a Dr. that spent so much time with me, and went into such detail that I felt fantastic going into this surgery. I had an initial consultation, and a pre-op appointment before the surgery. Dr. Kramer showed up early the day of the surgery to go over things with me again, to address any concerns or anxiety I had, and to foster a dialogue with the nurses and the anesthesiologist. After surgery, I was out of it, but Dr. Kramer did check up on me. I also got a call from Carol from Dr. Kramer’s office to see how things were going. I had a post-op appointment scheduled in a few days, but since I was able, Dr. Kramer had me come in a day early to follow up. A few days later I returned to have the tiny, almost invisible, stitches removed. And finally after a little over three weeks, I had another office visit and was allowed to take off the surgical compression garment. I have another appointment in July. Do you see how much time this doctor spends with patients? I want to emphasize, these are NOT«quickie«ten minute«get-you-out-the-door» brush off appointments. This was all included in the cost of the surgery. COST… That is always the second question I get. Let me just say that Dr. Kramer was 39% less expensive than the two other surgeons with whom I previously consulted who, while credible, are complete arrogant jags. But don’t choose a surgeon based solely on cost. In the case of Dr. Kramer, it is an added bonus that such a fine surgeon is also affordable. THEBEDSIDEMANNER… Like none I’ve ever experienced, and I mean that in the best way! Dr. Kramer is thorough, compassionate, and dare I say damned witty and downright fun to be around. Have you ever heard that expression«Dr. heal thyself?» Well, it does not apply to Dr. Kramer. She is beautiful inside and out. Which, let’s just be honest, influences one when selecting a plastic surgeon. THESTAFF… Ditto for the staff. Competent, kind, warm, and attractive. Both Carol(the assistant) and the receptionist are amazing. POST-OP… Know that the day after surgery, you will feel like you had an intense workout. Also realize that you MUST wear a compression garment for about a month, until Dr. Kramer gives you the green light to take it off. Honestly, this was the worst part of the entire deal. If you follow Dr. Kramer’s instructions TOTHELETTER, recovery will go smoothly. FINALTHOUGHTS… Would I do this all over again? HELLTOTHEYES! I am jazzed, not just impressed, by the results. Even though it will be a few months before the swelling completely subsides, my flanks are GONE, and I have nice mid-abdomen definition that was not there before. FIVESTARS for Dr. Kramer – she fixed things even a magician couldn’t tackle!
