The sale of the bed was fine. I had Bob as my sleep expert. He was your typical sales man not to pushy but clearly trying to sell. I got my bed in the time I was supposed to. I have had my bed for three days now. The bed it self is fine. Not the best bed I have ever slept on but it’s fine. The delivery of the bed was horrible. Only one of the two men that came spoke, the second wouldn’t even look at me. When he did I would smile and he kept a straight face not returning the smile. That being said I guess it’s not his job to smile, at least he did not lie to me. So I’m all excited my bed get here they are bringing in the parts when the talking guy said«Well I’m sorry but they didn’t put legs in here for your bed.» «Did you order legs?» who gets a bed without legs? His non talking partner finds the legs, Yeah! They go in the room are putting the bed together when I hear«Come on!» Talking guy comes out said«Well we have your legs just not the bolts to hold them on.» He explains to me I will have to call the company and have them send me bolts. Then I will have to put them on or schedule another appointment to have them come and put them on. This is something I paid for $ 179.99, the delivery and SET up of the bed. He stressed to me make sure they do a free delivery of the bolts. Are you kidding me why would he think I would pay for something to be delivered when I already paid to have it delivered and SET up. The man go’s on to tell me how this is the most disorganized company he has ever worked for and that they don’t care what kind of slack the delivery guys get for it. He then lets me know that my bed is as set up as it can be. I now have my $ 2319.96 bed sitting on the floor, very classy. On to the next problem. The talking guy explained to me that due to Veteran’s day he is not able to set up the sleep IQ that I paid an extra $ 300 for. He stated I have to call the sleep IQ people on Monday and they can talk ME through the SET up. Mind you the bed was not delivered on veteran’s day, rather a few days after. Talking guy then gives his parting speech I can only assume waiting for a tip which thank god I did not give him. So they have now left, I get on the phone and explain that I did not get the bolts for the legs on my bed. It literally took the gal half an hour to get bolts ordered for me. Not her fault she was friendly I can only assume it was the fault on this new computer system that I have heard be blamed for EVERYTHING!!! So after Half an hour with her she lets me know the bolts will be on the way with two day shipping, but of course they might be late because of… you guessed it the new computer system. I then asked her about why the sleep IQ could not be set up. She has no idea she can not explain why they would not have set it up. Her best guess was they were in a hurry. She transfers me to the Sleep IQ department who after being on the phone with for 45 minutes I finally decide I will just figure it out myself. Again not really the guy I was talking to fault there was some issue with the bed not connecting to the router which I was able to fix with in a minute of getting off the phone. I should point out that he also has no idea why they did not set up the sleep IQ. So I get to sleep on my new bed that is very nicely placed on my bedroom floor and the next morning I check my sleep IQ and it shows I’m still in bed asleep. This is three hours after I’m out of bed. That was the only day I had that problem the last two night it seems to have worked fine. I also have no clue what the sleep IQ number means it would be nice if they gave you some kind of information on what it is. Sadly I have to close with I really don’t know that I would recommend this bed to anyone. I was so excited to get it. I have been looking at getting one of these beds for years. I finally made the chose to drop a large sum of money on it and this is what I got for it. A $ 2319.96 bed sitting on my floor that I paid a $ 179.99 fee to have delivered and set up that was not set up. I paid and additional $ 300 for sleep IQ that I also had to set up after being lied to as to why it couldn’t be set up. And I’m not entirely sure it even works. It would be very hard for me to tell my friends or family to make and investment like that for the service and product that I got.
