Wendy’s

As I drove past Wendy’s I thought that this is the time of year that I start going to Wendy’s. What I like about Wendy’s is that on a cold winter day I can get a hearty hot bowl of chili. It always has the same consistently so I fully know what I’m getting. That time of year is now so at some point I will be getting some so why not today.
The chili is meaty with just the right amount of beans and tomatoes to keep me satisfied. Is it the best chili around, no but it does hit the spot on a cold winter day and because it’s a close lunch option if I don’t want to drive far, yes. It’s just under $ 3 with two cracker packages and compared to the pick n save soup bar where $ 5 gets mostly broth for the same size portion I like Wendy’s chili on a cold winter day better. To be honest the chili on cold winter days is mostly only when I go to Wendy’s and I really don’t sample the rest of the menu with the ever changing burger or chicken sandwich.
I will do a burger a couple times a year when the crave hits. I find that Wendy’s has the best tasting beef over all the other chains in my opinion.
I don’t order frys hardly ever because they are usually crap and are not seasoned but I have had the sea salt frys from Wendy’s a couple of times and I found them to be good and probably my favorite of all the chains.
Over all Wendy’s is probably my favorite fast food burger place but I don’t get to them often enough because I’m usually going to non fast food burger places for craft burgers.

Great Wendy’s location. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. Restaurant is very clean. My daughter dropped her burger today, I went back to buy another but the manager wouldn’t let me. She gave it to us for free. Made her feel pretty special after feeling pretty crummy! We will continue to frequent this location.

OK — I know it’s just a Wendy’s, but we were at this location for lunch this week, and I swear it was the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever frequented. Everything was spotless — so the staff was dusting the inside of the light fixtures since they had nothing else to clean. They guy who took our order was also very professional and friendly, and came out to check on us later.

A splendid little establishment with a cozy interior and warm staff. Ample parking and close proximity to a variety of nearby shops make this a must try for hungry travelers in the area. As to the food, I’ve never found a severed finger in my chilli. And I always have the chilli.
