Hardee’s

Caveat, I’ve only been here once and it was only in the drive through, so I can’t say that this is really my most accurate review… Much like the previous reviewer, I haven’t been to a Hardee’s in ages. I was excited about stopping here on the way out of town. It was Sunday, slightly before noon, and we were heading back to Jackson. I pulled in, gave my order, which was repeated exactly (always a nice sign), we paid and the food was in the car within a total of three or four minutes. For fast food, it was all great. The order was accurate, the fries were as good as fast food fries come, and the burger quite tasty. The lady checking us out and handing out food was very friendly. I really couldn’t ask for more. Granted, I’d really need to eat here a few more times and go inside as well to give you a more accurate review (probably would end up with my typical fast food = three stars), but I just don’t know when we will be back for that opportunity.

I havn’t been to a Hardee’s in ages so while in Waveland working I spotted this location and popped in for lunch but didnt know beforehand what a mistake that would end up being. The first sign of a problem was when I reached the cashier she immediately started talking personal business with a friend who walked up to the counter when she finally acknowleged me I wasnt really sure if she was addressing me or her friend. This sorta reminded me of people answering their cell phones while being served.
After placing my order I had to ask for my drink cup and the cashier couldnt even remember my order! I couldnt help but notice that something wasnt quite right at this establishment, One man got a refund and another was conversing with the manager about his order. After waiting a very long time for my lunch I realized that I had made a mistake for stopping here. After more than 20 minutes I still hadnt received my lunch and several other patrons were complaining about waiting over 15 minutes for a burger.
Not really sure if there was a training or management problem at this burger joint but it sure made me not wanna return.
