Best known to Wartburg alum as ‘Joe’s’, this Waverly establishment has gladly served pizza and spirits to many a Knight. Typical small college bar with dance floor, bar, patio, pool tables, and seating. Always dark, nothing real fancy — it’s a bar, not a night club.
