Saturday lunch these days consists of a lobster roll for me and something equally tasty for my husband. The last trip included getting shrimp for dinner that night. Trace’s seafood is fresh, the staff friendly and engaging and we are always impressed with the quality of seafood he carries in his shop. Keep up the great work!

This place is so good! I usually don’t eat a lot of fish but I was in town one day and thought I would pop in. We had the special of the day, which was a fish sandwich and it was AMAZING! We got some crab cakes and jambalaya to bring home and they were both off the charts! I don’t live in Waxahachie anymore, but this place makes me make the drive.

I participated in a cooking demonstration they do at my sisters house. The food was great. My wife picks up seafood from there from time to time and it’s always delicious. Nice to have in Waxahachie.

I have been getting fresh seafood here for a year or so but NOW they have a RESTAURANT!
The best TEXAS basics, brought to you with their own fishing fleet. The Shrimp was crunchy fresh, still tasting of the ocean. I am thrilled because you can pop in or call ahead and a beautiful plate of food will be ready to share in your own home. Or you can sit down in the very casual Fish Market and partake there. By the way, this is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever seen. Also, wonderful owners and staff make you want to keep comin’ back!

This is pretty much the only place to get fresh seafood in Waxahachie. They always have a variety of fresh seafood including fish, shrimp, oysters, and clams. They recently starting serving food on a small, focused menu that I’ve tried three things off of and everything has been consistently great. We order crawfish from them for the weekend and the service, prices, and selection are all great. We are fortunate to have a good resource like this in Ellis County.

I love seafood and actually worked in a seafood processing plant in Alaska, this place is the real deal, fresh seafood straight up from the gulf. The largest shrimp I have ever seen, fresh live lobster and whole or fillet fish of every kind. Get over there and check them out and keep them in business. The place is super clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Oh and the crab cakes are the bomb!

Unbelievably fresh fish. Finally Waxahachie has a place to get fish that doesn’t smell fishy and taste like fish should taste instead of tasting frozen. I purchased a red snapper and my 11 year old son, who is a picky eater, said it is his new favorite fish. I also bought some large shrimp that were incredible.
