Walked in w/my daughter and they were more than happy to work us. Emily and Ashley presented themselves very professionally, taking time to explain what they would be doing. The prices are the best part! I have a ton of hair, and w/color and cut it was under $ 100! Crazy. I think they would probably prefer you pay w/cash or check, just an observation I had. They didn’t say that, or make a deal of it by any means, just more of a «heads up» from me to you if you decide to go. I will be going back, great service for myself and young daughter. Good experience.

I have been coming here for a little over a month now and have been pleased with my service. I have been pleased with my haircut and how I am treated as an individual and not just«another client» as I have felt in other places. Prices are reasonable as well.

I LOVE this place. Jessica always does an amazing job and she is so sweet and personable. I actually look forward to getting my hair cut now, instead of dreading it like I used to. The salon itself is very nice and relaxing. The ONLY thing I would change, is I like drinking wine while I’m getting this pampered. ;)

It took me literally 2 years to find someone who could cut a stack the RIGHT way, and they do it flawlessly! Now that I found them I’m not ever leaving! Super cute chic salon with just enough edginess. The girls are great, and I can always count on great laughs and a good experience when me, my daughter, or my mother in law go in for a service. You can totally trust this place to give you what you are looking for!

The customer service at this salon needs some help. I booked an appointment and confirmed the day and time. When I showed up for my appointment I was met by deer in the headlights faces. The three stylists were very confused why I was there. I explained I was there for my appointment. I was then told I had an appointment for the next week not that day. Even though I clearly asked for an appointment for that day a mistake was made and it was booked for a week later. I understand mistakes happen but no one at the salon seemed to care at all. No one offered to work me in for an appointment for that weekend or apologized for the mix up. I will not be rescheduling with this salon, they lost a customer before they even cut my hair. I hope they can work on their customer service skills, if they do not it is hard to see a successful future for this salon.
