I wish I would have read Unilocal before we stopped here! The server was friendly but the food was horrible!

Nothing in this place is organized! We always have to wait a long time for the hostess. We had two waitress asking as for what we want to start with. Servants are very unprofessional. As I am writing this, there are people who were behind us in line are still waiting for a table. Would not recommend eating out at this place

I had the misfortune of eating here on a Friday night, I highly doubt we will be back. Upon entering the restaurant, we weren’t greeted by anyone. We actually waited for several minutes, watching employees walk by and ignore us, until someone actually stopped to seat us. We were sat in a booth, and although I asked for non-smoking, I could still smell cigarette smoke. It was absolutely awful and gave me a headache. Plus we were sat right next to a dirty, uncleared table. I would have rather not stared at someone’s half eaten burger and dirty napkins. The person who sat us told us our server would be with us in a moment and left. It was probably ten minutes until our server actually showed up and inquired about our drink order. She came back and took our food order. I ordered the chicken strip dinner with macaroni and cheese and broccoli, while my husband order the t-bone and shrimp dinner, medium. It took around an hour for our food to make it to the table. My sides were cold, and were sent back. My husband’s steak was overcooked, so we sent that back as well. He also did not get the shrimp that came with the meal. The second time our food came to our table, my husband’s steak was horribly undercooked, and was sent back once again! Finally, on the third try, the steak was medium enough for my husband’s liking, and he received the shrimp. Our food was mediocre, at best. We left our table without our check, as we didn’t see our waitress after she dropped off my husband’s food for the third time. We told the cashier about our experience, and she apologized, but didn’t offer us a discount or anything. We didn’t see a manager in the restaurant while we were there. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. You’re probably better off getting food from the gas station next door.

We stopped here on our way home from Iowa. It was 2:30 in the afternoon, the restaurant was not busy and we had a party of 7(6 adults plus 1 small child). Immediately we got the feeling that we were not wanted. The so called manager finally greeted us but acted like she didn’t have a table big enough for 7. Apparently moving two 4 tops together was too difficult. Once she lead us on a maze journey through the restaurant, we were finally given a table. Along the way, we passed endless dirty tables. Once seated we were told that she needed to find us a waitress. We then overheard her say to the waitress«I had no choice but to seat them there.» We saw our waitress glare in our direction as if we were an inconvenience. It was just baffling. Apparently not a single employee felt like working. Once she took our orders, it took 45 minutes to get our meals. They seriously acted like a party of 7 was a party of 15! I felt like it was a complete waste of time. Had I known that we would experience such poor hospitality, we would have kept on driving. We were also not given a choice in smoking preference. And as soon as our food arrived, the table next to us decided to light up. I’m also 9 months pregnant with a 3 year old son and I didn’t appreciate either of us having to deal with smoke. I will not be returning. It was incredibly disappointing.
