I will never be back to this place. We ordered two stromboli’s and an order of chicken tenders to go. Online confirmation stated it would ready in fifteen to twenty five minutes. I got there thirty minutes after we ordered and they had not even started making our food. An hour after the order was placed we left with our food. No apologies, no discount, no concern that we were waiting. I do believe the owner even walked by on three different occasions without a single acknowledgment or hello. The reason I believe it was the owner was he looked like the guy in the menu where the «Salvino’s» story was shared.
Then to top it off there was no dipping sauce for the chicken tenders.
This review was not after a one time bad experience. This was made after multiple bad experiences.
So disappointed that this restaurant does not live up to what Ucello’s used to be. It is the same menu but not the same service.

Service was terrible!!! Our waitress took our drink order after 5 minutes of being seated, taking orders of other tables seated after us. Food was decent but took a long time to come out. We were there over an hour, just to eat dinner. The place was ½ full at peak time on a Saturday night. Server checked on us one time, I had to ask for refills on our drinks that were empty for about 10 minutes. The manager was standing at the main door upon us leaving and did not even say a word to us. I will not be eating at this location again. The Salvinos in Plainwell is way better!!! This is my first ever Unilocal review but I had to warn other patrons… Go somewhere else!
