Last night we ordered two pizzas and were told 15 minutes at 7:15. My dad waited over an hour and 15 minutes in the restaurant and when he approached the manager she was very hesitant to give him a refund. The pizzas were cold and undercooked we had to bake them when we got home and we live 5 minutes away. I worked in this exact restaurant for 2 years and know two pizzas should take no more than 15 minutes. They were plain and veggie as its Lent. It’s been a slow slide into mediocrity. Very disappointing because we have always loved the food but we had three hangry children who didn’t eat until 9 pm.

Absolutely horrible tonight. This is my first negative review but when every aspect is terrible, I had to speak up/out.

I like the place. Good choices. Loved it always. Bread is nice … Lol. Wish they had a bigger bar

Mediocre at best. I wanted to be pleasantly surprised, but it ended up being a TGIFriday’s with pizza. If you’ve ever eaten good pizza in Chicago or NY, you will not be pleased. It’s like a frozen pizza, but someone brings it to your table.

A little history, I grew up coming here regularly. Haven’t been back in about 18 years. I was in the area with my wife so I decided to stop by for dinner. It was phenomenal! Even better than I remembered. Waiter was real cool and friendly. I got the chicken scampi and it was perfect. Great place to eat. Make sure you try something with bread.

Food was okay, nothing to send me back immediately. Service was also okay. Nothing extroadinary. Was extremely loud, couldn’t hear the server or my wife talk to me. I would go back for takeout in a second. I’d think twice before I sat down and ate. Not horrible, not awesome. Priceing was decent for the area.

Always have a great experience at this location! The staff is very welcoming! The food is always good! Chicken piccata my fav! And don’t forget the rolls with oil! I tried to make the oil mixture at home and failed.

I seriously will always love this place. The food is so good, service is always great, takeout is easy and dependable. When you get takeout you can literally ask them to just bag up 50 rolls and they will. Pizza is fantastic. The spinach artichoke dip is crazy good as it’s cooked in the brick oven. Pasta is pretty good – love their fetucinni alfredo with shrimp. Lunch gets you unlimited salad, family style, as well as smaller portions of anything on the menu which is nice. Great prices for the amount that you get and the quality. Best rolls I have ever eaten… and I mean that.

Nice local pizzeria. Brick oven along with other local favorites. No veal tho, which was a bummer for me, but the Chicken Piccata was good.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Over an hour wait when we had a reservation, then the waitress was unable to spilt the check. Food was mediocre but the service was inexcusable.

We come to Bertuccis whenever we find one because it is our favorite pizza place ever! We are a family full of picky eaters and whenever we come no one leaves hungry! I don’t know why people come here and don’t get the pizza! It is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had! The dough is always perfectly cooked, not to hard, not to soft. The sauce tastes homemade and all the toppings are fantastic! This Bertuccis is by far our favorite of all of them!

Bertuccis is pretty great. Nice open atmosphere, amicable lighting, and good food. You can actually see into the kitchen as they’re cooking the food. I got the spinach and strawberry salad which, ehhhh, had less than a breast but whatever. My friend got the bbq pizza which was AMAZING. SOBIG. SOGOOD. Service was friendly :]

My Dad and I just visited this place and totally loved it. Their artichoke was simply delicious. We don’t know what they put in their garlic sauce but it was very tasty. I almost felt like I should take some of it home with me. Just wish there was better service. Maybe it was the rush hour or the busy location. But overall very good.

Their Tuscan wings are awesome. A healthy and flavorful option. With a little kick to them.

Ok we will forgive them for the cold rolls. Our asiago and mushroom pizza on multigrain crust was delicious. We will be back. Staff very friendly too.

Some of the worst pizza on the Main Line. There is absolutely no reason to go here when in Wayne… when you can get amazing pizza at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza and Jules Thin Crust. The crust at Bertuccis is flavorless and tastes like cardboard. If you don’t eat it immediately, just throw it out because reheating it makes it even worse. Cant believe they are still in business… let alone getting decent reviews on Unilocal

Have always loved the food here. No complaints with the service. Only downsides: Can get very crowded, and is FREEZING in the summer.

Just had a great lunch at Bertucci’s with some colleagues today… Was more impressed with the food today than I have been in the past… Had their Roasted Artichoke Fonduta(artichoke hearts blended in a mozzarella, Asiago and Romano cheese spread, then baked and served with crispy flatbread) for an appetizer, and of course the fresh salad and rolls with seasoned olive oil that they give you… Tried a new sandwich on the menu — the Delicato — which was salami, prosciutto and rosemary ham layered with provolone cheese, lettuce, cherry peppers and a roasted pepper aioli… I loved it! The sandwich also came with a cup of minestrone soup which was okay but nothing to write home to your mom about… Overall it was a great lunch with great service — we were there for a lonngg time and they didn’t try to kick us out, so kudos for that!

Went here for a very nice linner(that’s half way between lunch and dinner) at about 4PM on a rainy Sunday. Since the lunch specials end at 3PM, we ordered off the regular menu. DH had a spokie pizza which he enjoyed and I got the dinner portion(enormous — took 2⁄3 of it home!) of chicken picatta, no capers. Very good. Quite good for a chain. Really. Excellent service as well(the place was dead from it being 4PM on a rainy Sunday).

Here is what Bertucci’s guarantees to provide: freshly baked pizza or bread in generous portion. I really liked warm freshly baked bread so I didn’t get pizza since it will be another shape of bread with toppings. — Eggplant parma was made of baked non-breaded eggplant. A bit different from typical eggplant parmasan. but it comes with almost full serving size of pasta. — Artichoke dip was not impressive… Service was good! I should return to try pizza next time!
