This restaurant can not handle an order. I placed an order for a pizza, salad, pasta, fried ravioli, wings and garlic nots. I did not receive the salad and they did not have the fried ravioli. They offered to replace them with regular ravioli and I did not receive that either. The pizza was cold. They tried to not refund me for the forgotten food and got an attitude with me as well. I will not order from here again and on top of it all the over food quality was horrible. Finally the order was estimated at 30 – 45 minutes and took almost two hours

Love this place. I recommended this place to my whole family. Best Italian food I’ve had in a while. This is what I call quality pizza! The buffalo chicken is my absolute favorite!

I placed an order for a large pizza at 8:15 on Sunday. At 9:10, the pizza still did not arrive. I called the place, and they said the driver is on his way. 30 minutes later, still no food… So I ordered from another place. and they got here quicker than this place did… It is 10:10 right now, and still no pizza from biagios. Whoever is managing this place has no understanding on the basic concepts of running a business. They definitely will not be getting any from me ever.

As a William Paterson student, you have to rely on takeout to survive living on campus. Sad to say this is one restaurant that I CAN NOT rely on anymore! I placed my order at 8:30 on a Wednesday night, past peak dinner time. I ordered a Chicken Franchese, a Chicken Parmigiana sandwich, and a Tiramisu. The person on the phone said that it would only take a half hour to be delivered. An hour and fifteen minutes later, still no food, so I called to check up on my food. The person on the phone said that the driver left fifteen minutes before I called (Campus is only a 30 second drive away from the place). Then I get a phone call from the driver who says he is at another building on campus, and since his access card to get his car to the building wasn’t working, he had to walk all the way up the hill to my dorm. This poor guy had to be at least 65, comes in the door out of breath and barely standing! I felt so bad for him because he said he had a heart transplant and was having a hard time. This poor guy should not be doing deliveries! After an hour and a half we finally get our food. The food was lukewarm, as expected at this point. The chicken parm sandwich was average at best. But the chicken franchese was awful. The chicken was tough and overcooked, and the sauce was thick and unappetizing. It tasted like an awful frozen dinner. The tiramisu was nothing like the picture on the menu, it was small, dry, and definitely not worth five dollars! I am so disappointed with my experience and I won’t be ordering from here again.
