I’ve shopped here since they opened. Today they refused to accept a return of a Clinique eyeliner and mascara. Said they couldn’t find the transaction because their sales clerk entered it incorrectly and not under my name. Though I showed proof of purchase through my bank they refused to budge. I’ve spent hundreds here over the years. Have never returned anything till today. Sorry blue Mercury you’ve lost this customer.

Welll, it’s 10:15 and the store is still not opened. They lost one sale today. I think I’ll go to MAC at KOP instead.

We had a not so great experience here before my daughters freshman semiformal. When she called and asked if they did make up they said yes it’s free but you have to buy three products. I thought well okay I can do that thinking $ 30 or so. After they did her make up which looked beautiful by the way she had to buy three things that they used on her face. Having used Laura Mercer makeup on her face which is expensive make up, the total came to $ 96!!? Yes that was «for free». I was so mad that they pulled the wool over our eyes that I will never be back because if my daughter was to get her makeup done there again she would have to buy another three products for 90 something dollars?!! FORGET IT. you can go to beans beauty or anywhere at the mall and have your make up done for $ 40!!! do not be hooked in to people who tell you their make up Application is for free

For years I have loved visiting various Bluemercury locations as an alternative to Sephora and Ulta. Shopping at Bluemercury always makes me feel like I am in an exclusive boutique. They have a great assortment of brands and products. Makeup brands such as Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Trish McEvoy, Nars, T. Clerc, Deborah Lippman, and Sara Happ. There is also a great skincare and haircare products too like St. Tropez, Fresh, Bumble and Bumble, Frederic Fekkai… the list could go on and on. You will be hard pressed to leave Bluemercury without some goodies every time you visit!
