I just had my chimney cleaned by them for the 2nd time. The price was reasonable. The techs were friendly and professional.

We had a quick appointment to simply have our chimney cleaned last week, and while the guys were friendly and cleaned the chimney and fireplace just fine, they did also try to scam us into thinking we needed additional work done ($ 1700+ price tag) which I responded with a thank you but called our trusted heating guy to check out. When checking the fireplace and furnace chimneys the guy showed concern in «seeing that the furnace chimney had cracked and deteriorating tiles» which could cause carbon monoxide to leak into the house. Our heating expert just came by and confirmed it looks just fine so no need for the additional work. For a simple cleaning this company was fine, but be weary of the scams they try to pull.
