One star for administrative malpractice. Booked a first-time appointment over the phone and was immediately asked for insurance info. Due to lack of openings at my preferred time, I had to wait nearly two months for an appointment. No big deal since it wasn’t such a pressing matter. However, my wife and I did need to change our work plans to make time for the appointment. Long story short, two days before the appointment I receive a call from the receptionist saying they don’t even accept my insurance (Horizon!) and they ask if I would be willing to pay 100% out of pocket. So of course I had to cancel and look elsewhere for a new doctor.
Dr. Voight: Your staff should be more considerate of your patients’ time!

I started using Dr. Voight before he moved to Black Oak Ridge Road in Wayne, maybe 12 years ago. He took care of my whole family for years but then our insurance changed and we were forced to go to another doctor (to our detriment). I’m glad he now takes our insurance and we are all happy to be back. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We always have a good experience there and know we are in good hands.
