Entirely commercial experience. Just look at the pictures posted. They could be from your weekly valpak coupon package. Patient is coaxed towards expensive procedures that yield minimal benefits. Doctors have good salesmanship and often disarm the patient. People at the front desk tend to be similar to other heavily commercialized medical offices in that they often have little regard for the clients and they mostly seem annoyed that you are present there.

If anyone ever needs an ENT please see Dr. Sreepada at the Wayne, NJ location. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. Dr Sreepada takes the time for all your questions, called me after my biopsy just to see how I was doing, sent me to referrals for my cancer, then called me a month later just to see how I was doing. Drs nowadays don’t call you. He truly cares about his patients and he made my awful situation so much better. Thank you for being a caring Dr and thumbs up to your wonderful staff! Sincerely Janet Ploch

Dr. Michael D’Anton is an excellent nose and throat surgeon. He tries to treat a condition before operating. And he treats patients with respect. I never had an issue with his staff.

Bring a book with you because you will be sitting in the waiting room for a long time. First you wait an hour in the waiting room and then once you get to the exam room you have additional wait times. The doctors are friendly but for me it is not worth the wait times.

I’m giving this place a 3 based on the girls who work the front desk. The doctors are nothing but nice, however, any time I’ve called to make an appointment I’m greeted by someone not so friendly, who doesn’t seem to be thrilled that they’re at work. Clearly people who call majority of the time don’t feel well, and I’m pretty sure you can hear that in their voice. The last thing anyone wants to deal with is someone who’s rude on the other end. Lighten up ladies, if you don’t like your job, leave.
