My family and I have become regulars here. The subs are great, the staff have always been friendly, and whatever we’ve tried on the menu has been good. This is our go-​to for subs and sandwiches.

Friendly manager, not impressed with cleanliness of dining area. The bread was good. Turkey was fine. Nothing great for me. I much prefer Jersey Mike’s across the street although the flirty guy there making my sandwich last time kinda made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I’m all for friendly with a wink but asking me what I’m up to today in front of others on line was weird. Anyway, this is about firehouse not Mike’s! I think the hot sandwiches aren’t as appealing here as the cold. The soda machine was awesome. Lots of diet lemonade flavors in a generous sized «medium» cup.

So much better than subway! The food is cooked to order. I don’t see a microwave or rapid heat toaster like their competitors. Deli sandwich meat is sliced on the premise. Cookies and brownies are awesome! Chips are on the low side of selection. Coke freestyle machine is here. The meatball subs is out of this world. I mean for a chain sub place you can’t get better. Cheesesteaks and Italian subs are on the top of my list. Haven’t had a bad sandwich yet. I’m not a fan of brisket subs but firehouse has me hooked. I have nothing but praise for this place. The only thing I don’t like is the pickle that is served with each sub on the side. I hate pickles! I always forget to ask them to hold it! LoL. Great staff. I drive out of my way for these subs.

Good place! First time eating here for lunch. I had the hot roasted turkey sub combo. I loved that the bread was super soft.

The food was great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and the décor was very nice. I can’t wait for the outdoor patio to open!

Just had lunch there Not impressed at all I got a Italian hero which was heated up not how I wanted it plus not a fan of pre-​cut meat I guess my bad cause all sandwiches are heated up I just wanted a Italian cold cut hero I think when this was just a bunch of guys starting a hero shop it was good But now Corporate took over and changed it. Not a Fan and won’t go Back also as being a firefighter I’m offended at how they are using the name. Just my opinion

The Hero met expectation, not too much meat in the Large. The salad was ok, that service was very friendly. One of the new flavor dispener for fountain beverages including flavored water
