At first I was a bit excited tonight going into this store for the first time but as I walked through the store a lot of what they offered, although handcrafted and unique, was significantly overpriced. Many of the same items can be bought online for less and trust me I spend a good portion of my time shopping online. With that said I was about to purchase close to $ 200 worth of Brighton jewelry, when my five year old gave me the«mom I have to pee» look. I quickly asked the owner and she said no because the bathroom was located in the stockroom. Really? I politely asked again, pointing to my son but she said to try next door. She not only lost today’s sale from me but future sales as well. We did run over to Foodtown and the bathroom was out of order! Can you believe it? Without hesitation the man stocking the meat case directed me upstairs, through their stockroom, to the employee bathroom. How nice of him. True customer service and right in line with the holiday spirit. I went back to Frick & Frack to let the woman know how kind the man was and she apologized claiming people that she had allowed to use her facilities have stolen from her. I get it, I do, but come on. An employee could have escorted me if you felt I had a criminal look about me. Maybe she didn’t have kids or grandkids or forgot what it was like to have a little man that needs to go and only gives you about a good two minutes of notice, but whatever’s it was she could have been nice. It’s about being nice. I will not shop at your store and will advise anyone and everyone I know to do the same and it’s because you are not nice. May your holiday season be blessed because from where I’m sitting you need a little love.

Love love love this store! It’s a great place to find that unique gift. My go to place to shop for my artsy eclectic friends. Can always find something. Great jewelry. The salesgirls have always been friendly and helpful. Love that gifts can be wrapped at no extra cost. Definitely a treasure.

I am so angry with Frick and Frack. I used to shop here all the time for my Alex and Ani bracelets. In total i’ve spent over $ 500 just in the past year just at this store. I was in there today asking them to replace two of my Alex and Ani bracelets and the owner, Eileen, was so obnoxious and rude. First off, she accused me of breaking my own bracelets.(HELLO! why would I break my own bracelets if I am just gonna get the replaced anyway?) Then she demanded that I give her a receipt and I said I do not have access to one because the person who purchased these bracelets for me is on a plane. Her response was, «Call her up and tell her to give it to you.»(HELLO, Eileen are you stupid?) Never again will I return here nor will anyone I know that also shop there. Okay, my rant is done. Also, Eileen treats her employees like crap. I wouldn’t want to work for her if I were you. One more thing, this store is only making money because of Alex and Ani. Take that away and they’ll go out of business.
