I would give Gisu negative stars if I could. My daughter and I went there for approximately two yrs and were very happy. My daughter’s communion came up this may so we attempted to schedule an appt. The hairstylist we used wasn’t there that day so we made an appt the night before(I didn’t give more than a few second thought that she should have offered to come to my place that morning to do her hair bc it wasn’t expected but would have been nice). The week before her communion I called to confirm and they didn’t have the appt, we then made one. The day before her communion I called to confirm and the same thing happened. They called my cell about 4 times confused about the appt. I have no idea why. We ended that night with an appt the morning of her communion. That morning I showed for appt to see nobody there at all besides one stylist. She tried calling the owner with no luck till I had no time left and had to rush out to start getting ready for the communion. They have called my phone a few times a week since then, even up to yesterday to rectify the problem. There is no way I would ever go back there after what happened. My daughter had a great day that day but did not have her hair done by a stylist as planned. Do not go here, run!!! The calls a month later are also a bit overboard considering they were MIA the entire day of the communion and nobody could answer that morning.

Came here for an ombré over a yr ago. Worst decision of my life. The«master colorist» who was veryyy nice btw, ruined my hair. At this point Idc how nice you are. You ruined my effing hair. The ombré was sooo high and she teased the crap out of it then they put color on it and it didn’t even take it. I walked out with orange ombré. I paid $ 40 on top of the groupon for the color. I would never ever go back. Since then I have cut off all the ombré and grown out my hair again.

Worst hair salon experience. Owner(receptionist) talks down to you as soon as she knows you are a groupon client, very rude. Ok shampoo. Showed pictures and described what I wanted to the hairstylist but no use. Not satisfied with cut. At the end, owner wanted to charge me more because my shampoo, cut, and blowout took an hour. Isnt that about how long it should take from walking in with consultation to checking out??? Never again! Do not recommend it to anyone!

I showed the photos of what I wanted for my haircut to a guy whose name, unfortunately, I cannot recall…(Juan?) He really paid attention to what I showed him and gave me exactly that. Made my hair look fantastic without cutting off too much(as most hair stylists usually seem to find necessary). I was very pleased with my experience there. The inside of the salon looks very nice also. My original visit was with the Groupon, so I am not sure what the price would have been for the type of cut I received. Their website says women’s cuts are $ 55 and up. Also I noticed they e-mailed a few holiday specials, which sounded great.
