Head To Toe Healthy Spa

There is not another place on the Main Line that holds a candle to the caring, kind, professional group of women who have put their hearts and souls into Head to Toe– i am now a regular, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Word has obviously spread– Head to Toe is gaining a huge fan base. Organic products, and such a soothing, calm atmosphere. I walk in and immediately feel calmer. No offense to Topper’s, but the staff there doesn’t seem invested in its success– that’s why I left them for Head to Toe– owners/​operators who truly care about the clients they serve. I went for a spray tan today, which was preceded by the best cup of coffee ever!

Horrible experience! I called a week and a half in advance and made appointments for 3 massages for my sisters bachelorette party. I drove two hours, picked my sister up and went in for our appointment only to find that they had me penciled in for the day before! There was a language barrier when I called to make the appointments, which would not have been a problem AT ALL if they had at least managed to get the date right. They said they tried to call me the day before, sorry, but my cellphone doesn’t lie! There was no missed call. I’m guessing they wrote my number down incorrectly too? The woman at the desk didn’t try to get us in, nor did she seem sorry at all. In the end we went one block away to Toppers. They had appointments available and we had an awesome, relaxing experience, no thanks to Head to Toe Healthy Spa. I’d rather stick to writing only good reviews, but this place almost ruined my sisters special day! Two thumbs DOWN!

Wonderful pedicure. This is a natural upscale pedi. They use organic products and offer organic nail polish. The salon was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. They are lovely ladies and have the best customer service. They spent over an hour and included a full leg exfoliation and massage. They offer coffee, tea, and even snacks. I will definitely return and would refer. They take walk-​ins but I would recommend an appt.
