Had a terrible experience. Staff was rude and basically falling asleep when we got there at 10am. We got our photographer Jasmine and she was terrible at taking pictures. She got weird angles. Didn’t know how to grab the attention of a toddler at all. We, me and my husband, would finally get his attention and she would not be ready for the shot as miss it. She gave him a broken prop of a chain of ornaments, not only is that ugly but jagged edges. No creativity. Got a weird above shot that made us look terrible. Didn’t know how to work with adults either. Not one good family picture. Definitely had no idea how to work with a pregnant woman either. Had me I. All weird positions that were uncomfortable and made me look weird in photos. She didn’t explain the process at the end and left me to do everything. She wasn’t even nice. I wondered if she even had a pulse. Another photographer stepped in last minute but it was too late damage was done. She basically put in no effort to what people pay good money for. How she works as a photographer is beyond me. Apparently if you can press a button your hired.
