I wish I had the option to give ZERO stars! I am appalled by the «service» I just received!!! I ordered a grilled veggie wrap. I was given a wrap with the entire outside covered in ranch dressing and HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS MISSING. Wanting what I ordered from the menu, I politely told them that it did not have everything it said on the menu and apologized for asking for a new one. I was met by Crystal and another woman with disgusting behavior; blaming me for half of the sandwich missing. All I wanted was what was included on the menu description! I was given another wrap, falling apart and they did not but the wrap on the grilled to warm it up as they did with the first one. It was freezing cold. I requested my money back and once again was met with DISGUSTING behavior by Crystal. This store is full of incompetent and extremely rude employees. I need to be contacted IMMEDIATELY by the person in charge of such a sad excuse for a store.

Wow, my first time eating Jersey Mike’s and I got to say, that #7 turkey and Provolone cheese was beyond delicious. I will be back for sure. Great customer service as well.

The was my first time there. It was clean, good service, and the sandwich was delicious! Toppings were kind of limited compared to their competitors, but they don’t skimp out on meat. The sandwich was delicious. They didn’t have pepper jack cheese, honey turkey, or trays for your food. Only toppings available were lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, spicy peppers, white onion, and some red pepper looking sauce.

Line was long and moved slowly. Lots of workers seemed to be mostly waiting. There did not seem to be much interest in making sure I got what I wanted. The food was fine, nothing special.

The subs are so good! Even though we live in northern NJ, where you can get good subs at any pizzeria, deli, corner store, etc., these are really the best. The bacon is crispy, the fresh sliced cold cuts are nice and thin, and the bread is super soft. The club sub with no mayo done Mike’s way is our favorite.

As a long time fan of Jersey Mikes from their original Point location, I was happy when they franchised and thrilled when one finally opened in Wayne. Love that this store makes subs as great as the original. The #13 is a Jersey shore classic — filled, tasty, and perfect. Philly cheesesteak is big, cheesy and perfect. Craving a great sub — you cant go wrong with Jersey Mikes!

Figuring out what’s for lunch is never an easy task. So, while out running lunch time errands, we realized that Jersey Mike’s Subs had recently opened. We ate in one of their State College, PA locations once before and remembered that it was good, so we figured we give this new location a try. This location is super convenient (it’s only 5 minutes from our office).
The hubby and I both decided to order the #7, Turkey Breast and Provolone. He had his Mike’s Way (with onions, lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, and spices). I had mine with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and pickles. We both had wheat bread which was nice and fresh.
The food was great. We will definitely be back soon. A welcome addition to the area!
