I called Johnston Air because my wall mounted central air had just stopped working in my sons room and it was in the 90’s. I spoke to Marie who provided me with an evening apt. after I got out of work. While at work she calls and tells me that the tech is ahead of schedule and will be there sooner. I had to hand up and call my family members to see if anyone was home to let him in, hence why I wanted my appointment when I got home. I call her back and tell her yes they can come. I leave work and get home after a 40 minute commute to find they never came. I call Marie who then tells me that they must have gotten delayed, you think! Marie tells me she will call right back. After half an hour and now its 6:40 in the evening I call her back because its now over an hour from the time they should have been there. She tells me oh they should be there any minute, and the tech pulls up, finally, I say your late and he tells me no you had a 6pm apt., which is the original time I had scheduled the darn apt. to begin with. He knew nothing about coming earlier. Ok, so the air gets fixed, tech does a great job but clearly Marie needs to do a better job with scheduling and or let the techs call customers themselves. I will use them again but will ask that the tech call me directly before coming.
