Land Rover Jaguar Main Line

I first stepped into the Range Rover dealership on 2÷2÷16. I had made an appt. earlier that day to visit but I had not been assigned a sales guide. Upon my arrival I was assigned to Oliver Snow, thus starting one of the best sales transactions I have encountered. Before visiting the dealership I had read some good reviews from other patrons of Range Rover mainline and specifically about Oliver. I must say that being a sales director myself has made me somewhat of a customer service snob, however Oliver did not disappoint. Most car dealerships do no take a «single» woman walking in the door seriously but Oliver not only spent approx 2hrs with me on my first visit going on test drives and helping me understand the vehicle inside and out but he also followed up with me on 2÷4÷16 to see how he could further assist me. I had some pretty specific criteria for him to meet regarding price and color. He went on a search to find a match and came up with one a day later. Needless to say it was my perfect match and I drove away with 2016 diesel Td6 last night. Major kudos to Oliver. I would absolutely recommend doing business with him and I would especially recommend him to any ladies who find the task of car buying daunting or intimidating.

I’ve had to take my Jaguar XK in for some minor issues twice in the last few months.
Both times they have taken a look at it, fixed it and didn’t charge me a penny!

This dealership, in various incarnations. has been around since my childhood. Once upon a time, it was «The Great Britains» in Wynnewood or Ardmore before following the big money out west to Wayne. They’re good folks. I’m generally not a new car customer there. I have an old XJ-​S and an Land Rover Discovery, and I feel like they give me a pretty fair shake when I need a part or something that really needs to come from the dealer. Now that the new XF has a manual transmission, though, who knows.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. They made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel I was unworthy to drive their product. Wonderful staff helpful. Best sells person I ever dealt with was Michael Potts. It was no back and forth with different people. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and the worthwhile trip from NJ! I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to other people.

Despite having a less than ideal experience when we actually picked up/​purchased our ’14 Range Rover Sport (day after Thanksgiving, took over three hours door to door), we continue to have follow up from our sales associate and the dealership has proven to be quite accommodating since. We had a glitch with our sunroof a day after purchase, and they fixed it for free in less than an hour. We would recommend this dealership if you’re looking to buy a Range Rover.

Salesman sees me bring in wife’s LR4 for service. Door had a disturbing rattle that was driving me nuts. He remembers me. (?!) asks about the car and all. He mentions the new Jag F-​type is in and do I want to take it out. Hell’s yeah! And then I bought it. D’oh! The best part is the rattle. My kid jammed a toy down there! No charge for the service or rental car. Wait a minute…

I came in as a driver for another dealership. Was dealt with in a timely and professional fashion, they put my tag on my car, and were more than willing to help with a quick safety check before I left (the tire pressure light was on and I didn’t want to drive an hour and a half home with a problem). The only door I had to open was to the bathroom, too, which was nice.

I purchased a certified pre-​owned Range Rover Sport recently and was pleased with my experience. My sales representative Oliver Snow was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to complete our deal. Great customer service and I definitely would go back.

What a shame. It’s a beautiful dealership but the salespeople just fall short in their helpfulness. Unless you are a 45 – 55 yr. old with an ascot on they just don’t want to seem to help.
Keep in mind this is a Land Rover/​Jaguar dealership. I was looking for a new car. At the time, Jaguar had just released the XF and it seemed to fit the bill for what I was looking for. They did not have any cars in stock, but the moment they got one they would call. The salesman took my number (wrote it on a sticky note… how professional) and said he would call. Right when I saw him put it on a sticky note I knew I would never receive the call. Now, I understand I may not fit the typical Jaguar owner profile, but I can easily afford the car (or any on the lot) and I don’t get all gussied up to go buy one. I guess since I’m only 32 that I just didn’t warrant his time or a callback. T
hen, silly me, the better half wanted a new car so she went and looked at the Land Rover LR2. The salesperson did not remember us at all and talked to us like we had never been there before. Again, they did not have what she wanted in stock, but another callback was offerered. And, you guessed it, we never got a call back.
I don’t understand it, but what can you do. We do not chase salesmen down to get things. We just move onto the next. So, I went to Don Rosen Imports, drove just about everything on their lot and ended up with a Porsche Cayman. She ended up with a Lexus. LR/​Jaguar of the Main Line ended up with no sale and 2 people who will probably never buy a car there. Amazing how the simple courtesy of a phone call can change things right?
