I wish I could give this place 0 stars but the office staff seems to know what they are doing. I’ve been trying to schedule a kidney biopsy for months now but was advised by my doctor to postpone it because she was going on vacation. Her name is Dr. Banu. I have now called for weeks and can’t even schedule my appointment for biopsy without her dictating a note which she has said to her staff she has done and they do not see it in my file. Do not see this doctor. There has been no point where I feel that she is competent just utterly negligent. She doesn’t seem to care for her patients at all. She has repeatedly rescheduled my appointments last minute which is also inconsiderate I have three children I can’t just drag with me everywhere. Also when I have the biopsy I have to stay over night at the hospital and can’t just get someone last minute to care for them for over a day. BEWARE of this place. When I asked if another doctor in the group could help me they said no they don’t want to step on Dr. Banu’s toes… Guess they don’t care about the name of their practice.
