Pinnacle ENT Associates

My review is for the Paoli location of Pinnacle ENT, Head and Neck Associates. A year ago, I would have given four stars but only because of the ease of getting an emergency appointment and the care given by Dr. Lara Patitucci. I called last week to get an appointment with her and was told she was no longer with the practice; she’d changed to one closer to her home. A friend who called for an appt with Dr P was told the doctor had stopped practicing medicine to spend time with her family. An outright lie. I was not surprised a patient would be told a falsehood like this because one member of the front office staff was always rude and downright nasty, which I overlooked because Dr P’s is such an excellent physician. But, deliberately trying to sabotage a medical professional’s career is unforgivable. I was able to locate Dr Patitucci at Berger Henry ENTs where I made an appointment and was seen right away.
