Pizza 4 U

Did an order through grub hub for a pizza with this place and it was horrible. The cheese smelled off, the sauce was very acidic, and the crust was flaccid at best. We asked for a refund because after one bite we realized it was inedible but they refused. This is not a place I would return to.

I’d give them a zero if I could. Ordered a cheesesteak without peppers. Peppers came on it and the cheese wasn’t melted. Ordered veal franchaise. They called to say they had no veal, so I agreed to chicken. It came with the sautéed vegetables literally on top of the franchaise. I thought I’d gotten the wrong meal and called. What did they tell me? That’s the vegetables that come with it. Nasty green peppers, onions and mushrooms. Who serves that ON TOP of a meal that is lemon? Absolutely disgusting. Oh, and my side salad didn’t come but garlic knots we didn’t order did come. Never again.

Well the pizza just flat out was bad. I didn’t mind the wait although it did take 1 hr 45 min to get 1 pie. I understand there was snow but still to long for 1 pie. But that wasn’t really the problem. My problem was 1 I got it and it was just warm almost cold and then 2 it was not even cooked. The dough was very soft and for a pizza that was supposed to be chicken with vodka sauce why was the sauce brown? I heated it in the oven to cook more and after trying one slice it was Just disgusting I threw it away. And that one bite gave me the runs. This was my last time ever ordering from this place. Disgusting.

Food was average. Hospitality and customer service below average. Not worth going back.

So, I’ve ordered from this place a few times. And I have to say, I really like their burgers. That said, I made the mistake of ordering a Pizza this last time. For an eatery named «Pizza 4 U», I’m kind of amazed by what I got. It wasn’t decent, it was bad. The pizza itself seemed undercooked/​flavorless. It was room temp out of the box. But that’s probably a good thing, otherwise I’d have scalded myself on the oil. I expected oil in my Pizza, what I didn’t expect was ALL the oil in my Pizza. The box was saturated through, and I ended up having to toss it immediately to prevent the half-​cup of oil pooling at the corner from ending up somewhere on my table. I tried a piece, and yep, I think there was more grease than toppings.
The only thing keeping this from being a 1/​5, is that their other stuff all seems alright. Again, I’ve ordered from them before. But this, this is just unacceptable. I’m not exaggerating either. I’ve eaten greasy Pizza before, no big deal, but I’ve never had to immediately toss a soggy box from being completely saturated on arrival, and I’ve never bitten into anything as oily as that before. I woulsn’t expect that much oil from fried food.

Well, this was the worst lunch I’ve had in a while. The delivery took forever, and when it finally got there the breading on the wings had turned to mush. The cheese steak was super dry, and the cheese tasted like plastic kraft singles. Do yourself a favor and avoid these menu items.

I decided to give this place a try because they’re the only pizza place available on Seamless in Wayne. For their pizza, I give two stars. The rest of the stars go to me, for transforming the pizza into a doughy, undercooked mess into something edible. It also came with raw onions and raw tomatoes, and no sauce, just mozzarella cheese (this wasn’t specified). It was suuuuper bland.
However, 10 minutes in my oven at 450, adding bacon for flavor, salt, pepper, garlic, & a touch of olive oil made it quite palatable! Know if you order here you might have to play chef a bit. Orrrrrr you could order from Vinni’s and it will be perfect right out of the box.

They are one of the restaurants listed with Grub Hub and I used them to deliver to Totowa. I ordered their Spinach Cesar wrap; which was really good and their delivery was quick too. I recommend them for delivery; but not for their Pizza. When they first opened I gave them a chance and ordered a pie. It tasted as if they used frozen dough. That was a year ago when I had their pizza so it might have changed.

Ahhhhh. Stopped in for a few slices and a soda. Very bland pizza. Almost taste like frozen pizza to me. Gave it another chance a few months later and went in for an Italian sub. Again blah. Very bland sandwich that had not much flavor at all. Very skimpy on the meat also. Will not be returning sorry.

We ordered delivery to La Quinta in Fairfield. The service was friendly and the prices were good. Good NY style pizza.
