We reached out to Scott because he had helped friends of ours get a home on the market and sold in under a week and we were hoping he could do the same for us.
When we met, he had constructive suggestions for the process and then was able to hook us up with an associate who stages homes for sale. They, in turn, provided access to a group of contractors who came in to do some necessary and cosmetic repairs to prepare the house for sale. It took about 5 or 6 weeks but in the first 2 days the house was listed, we received 3 offers and ended up selling the house for more than the asking price, which was substantially more than we had hoped to sell for before we met with Scott.
The process of closing was simple and we did not attend closing, having signed off on the paperwork days earlier. All that was left to do was stop by his office to pick up our net proceeds check.
I will use Scott again in a heartbeat if or when we decide to sell our current home. He made the entire process incredibly easy and relieved much of our stress over the entire process.
