Scheffler’s Flower Shop

I have lived in Winfield for 16 years and and use Scheffler’s Flower Shop exclusively. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the flower quality and arrangement creativity are superior to any other florist in the area.

Friendly staff helped me pick something out for a friend having surgery in the hospital across the street. Price was decent. Wrapped it up nicely.
Only problem is I don’t know anything about plants/​flowers, and asked for a fern. What I received looked like a fern to me, but actually turned out to be a form of palm, which apparently has completely different watering/​light requirements so she almost killed it in the first two weeks of having it.

The owner was very nice, and patient with me. I placed my order and within 2 hours It was delivered and greatly appreciated by the person I sent flowers to. It’s nice to have great service!

Completely satisfied ordering flowers from Scheffler’s.
Twice in the last month I ordered flowers to be sent to our daughter-​in-​law while she was in Central DuPage Hospital. The first florist did a disappointing job, considering what I paid for the flowers. So the second time I tried Scheffler’s. What a difference! Same day delivery of a wonderful arrangement. We were told how great they are and that all the nurse were complimenting them. No such comments about the first arrangement, beyond the standard thank you. And rightly so. I’m now a Scheffler’s fan.
Also, I can’t believe I’m writing the first review for this great florist. Now I understand why Unilocal has sent Jelena to conquer Chicago’s western suburbs.
