About a month ago, I had my yearly check up and pap smear done with Dr. Senzon. As I had said in the previous review, she was very rude and somewhat insensitive. After that visit, I decided that I would find someone with similar or better credentials, but also a more professional mannerism.
I thought that visit was as bad as it could get, but unfortunately there’s more! Since the month’s time that has elapsed from my visit, I have called the office a few times with no answer. I left 3 messages, clearly stating my name, birth date, and phone number with a request for either dr. senzon or one of the nurses to call me back. No one called me back! Well, my mom persuaded me to call a 4^th time. This time, I left my fax number with a request of the report as opposed to a request for a phone call and wouldn’t you believe it, I got the fax 10 minutes later!!! Looking at the report, it says there is inflammation and now I’m very concerned, but unfortunately for me, I do not have a doctor caring or professional enough to call me and explain what this means. The worst part is that I would have never known there was a problem if I didn’t persistently call for the report.
All this shows is how unprofessional this office is. They are not responsible or organized enough to coordinate who will respond to the voicemails and I can’t believe it took 4 tries! I don’t even have to think about this one… good riddance!
