Went Tuesday night. Noone appeared to be in store initially. Salesman emerged from back eventually. He was extremely unhelpful. Gave curt answers to our questions and did not seem to want our business. Quite the opposite of the overenthusiastic salesman we have typically encountered at mattress stores. Said almost nothing. Spoke to us only when we solicited an answer. Told my child he had to realign a bed with an button operated recliner which he had adjusted. If you are the owner of this store and read this, take note. He lost a sale for you. One of our children has a worn mattress which needs to be replaced and we will just buy it elsewhere. We are thinking of trying the Paoli Sleepy’s or Raymour Flanigan.

NO STARS! Stopped in with intent to buy a King mattress. Prices not displayed on anything — sales guy directed to the most expensive in store before revealing the price — when we finally chose one to buy he pushed through $ 200 in «disposal and set– up fees» that he didn’t reveal until we questioned the final price tag! We walked out — went to a furniture store north on 202 & bought the exact same pieces and saved $ 900! We will never go back to any Sleepy’s

As stated in the previous review, Kenny James, who was the salesperson who assisted me, was very knowledgeable. He was patient in having me test out various beds and he was helpful in providing information about each bed. I was very pleased with the service and am happy with the mattress that I purchased. I would highly recommend talking to Kenny if you’re interested in purchasing a new mattress.

Don’t have much experience with mattress stores, but the saleswoman was knowledgeable and spent time to help us find something that worked for our price range. She also helped us navigate a few sales and coupons to make sure we were getting a good deal.
