Went in to store at about 8:30 pm with my daughter and her friends to buy supplies for a project. I started looking at computers and found one I wanted to looked at to purchase. Do you think there was one person around to hep me? They were there when we came in. By the time I found some one he looked up and said, in response to my question can you help me, «we’re closed.» But it’s not 9:00 and I want to buy a computer and I couldn’t find someone to help me. «We’re closed. Come back tomorrow or go on line,» he told me. REALLY? You’ll let $ 1000+ walk out the door? When I said something to the cashier, she totally ignored me and kept ringing up the items we had to get. I guess they were still open for that. I finally said, did you hear what I said? She said«yes, I saw you come in. You should have come asked for help before we closed.» You saw me looking at computers and never offered to get me help? Employees are always in that department to help. And now I’m walking out the door unhappy? The gentleman who had to unlock door to let us out also saw us there and wouldn’t come help. He said come back tomorrow if I wanted to buy something. I thought wow, I really must have kept them late. It was 9:06 when we got into the car, after putting all of our stuff in the trunk and loading up 6 people. This means it wasn’t even 9:00 when we checked out! Let a sale walk right out the door. Nice.

This place is the worst staples on the planet. First off color copies are .42 cents online u do 100 it drops below .37 cents Over here color copies are .99 and u have to use the self service unless u want to wait 2 days. The management here sucks, they have one guy in copy and print that is forced to do 50+ orders all by himself and is scared for retribution if he doesn’t complete meaningless time consuming tasks while the manager lady who I won’t mention simply because I don’t want her to get fired because she absolutely has the worst job in the world, if she got fired it would actually help her, which I don’t want to do. she complained about how she can’t hire anyone to work At staples(I’d say it’s her attitude) to lesson the burden on the store. Avoid this staples at all cost, I compare it like avoiding Ebola in Liberia or avoiding any Malaysian airline company…

Review is for shipping services only. Do not bother sending international USPS packages with Staples. The process is very complicated and confusing, even if you have all required USPS customs and shipping material filled out before coming to the store. Also, even though they offer shipping services since a couple of months, they still don’t really know what they are doing. I will definitely stick with the good old USPS store for my shipping needs.

I went to Staples this morning on my way to the office. I picked up about 8 items that I needed and went to the check out. The cashier was decidely unfriendly then I noticed that one of the items, that I had bought two of, came up the wrong price. She decided to argue with me about the price… whatever happened to customer service. I asked her to call the manager she called what ended up being the stock person for office supplies he verified the price was wrong then I went through the other prices and found another item priced wrong. The person who was checking the prices said he was in charge of stock and the manager would have to adjust the prices. What? I thought I had asked to speak to a manager in the first place? When I went back up front the cashier had changed registers and was helping two more people in line she gave me a dirty look when I returned and I left the store at this point. I dont have time to wait while they adjust their prices adn try to find a manager. Of course all the prices were higher then marked not lower. I often go to this Staples but not anymore. I have never been impressed with the customer service but this is an all time low. I never review anything on line but felt strongly enough to do this one. If I could rate them a negative I would regarding the cashier, management and pricing policies. Very disorganized and unprofessional. That cashier should be fired and I dont say that lightly.
