I know I should’t review a Starbucks store because people already know the brand. However after several negative comments I have to speak up. I have come here several times and I have noticed a really positive attitude from the employees. They can deliver under pressure and they try to keep the store as clean as possible. The space is well organized and I like the long table with four power outlets. It’s very convenient for studying or reading. It’s a medium size store with a lot of customer traffic including the drive through. I would say if you are around the Willowbrook mall this place can get your starbucks craving just right.

went here today for a quick drink as I was passing by doing errands. It was pretty packed at around 6 on a sunday! the woman was nice when we ordered. i started to feel like we were waiting too long at the other counter to recieve our drinks. some of the staff looked busy and confused. turns out they just had a long line at the drive thru as well as inside. the guy who gave me my drink apologized for the wait so that was good! very clean. would come back

Amazing amazing amazing best Starbucks ever. They move people so quickly and the orders are always perfect and they are friendly. I cannot say enough about this location!!! Just wish it was closer to my house. It’s «kinda» on my way to work. I hop off of 80 to go here bc I love it so much! Keep up the awesome work guys!

This new Starbucks is sooooo much better than the one that existed a few hundred feet away years ago. Besides the beloved drive thru, the outdoor setting, parking lot size and multiple ways to enter/exit make this Starbucks exceptional.
I’m not a fan of their new drive thru Mega size screen with them on camera and me. Also not a fan of how many people working have the drive thru headphones on when you go INSIDE. Headphones definitely interfered with their interaction and communication with indoor customers.
The staff, management & leads went above and beyond for me a few times when I asked about saving me their used coffee grinds. Handsomely rewarded their tip jar every time, well deserved too.

Well I’ve been coming here since it opened and have had exceptional service … Except for today. Pulled up to the drivethru. Waited like five minutes before anyone said something … «what can I get you ?»”” Seriously. How about sorry for the wait welcome to Starbucks what can I get you…
So i placed my order Venti iced coffee and drove around. Two cars ahead of us… Jimmy … So I waited my turn. Obviously the one car ahead of me had issues. I waited … Five minutes later … «what did u order… says Nour. I said a Venti iced coffee black … Oh ok … I handed him my iPhone since I have the aPP. And he’s like came u turn it towards me. It wasn’t what he said it was his Tone … Sorry Nour that your having a bad day. Don’t take it out on the customers … Hence no tiP… that’s all

I really want to love this Starbucks but going inside the service is painfully slow to the point you feel ignored.
Now the drive thru… Is AWESOME! Fast friendly and efficient. Seriously use the drive thru.
I don’t understand how I can have 2 entirely different experiences from the same people and place. Please do something about this. I want to use the inside but its not a good experience.

Just ordered a cold brew iced coffee and they did not have the necessary ingredients and they were cool enough to make me aware of it! That’s true customer service.

This review is for the new Starbucks that just opened recently next to West Belt Plaza (home goods strip mall). I know there used to be a Starbucks here many years ago but it closed down… I was happy to see that they put a new one in its place. Though it’s located in the midst of busy traffic, I personally think it’s a convenient location as there are no other places to get coffee nearby unless you go inside willowbrook. BONUS– this place has a drive thru.
Inside is clean and seating is plentiful. I came here to get some work done and was happy to find plenty of outlets to plug in my devices (my biggest peeve when going to coffee shops, namely panera). Outdoor seating is also available. Baristas seem friendly but they were super loud, I think their friends came to visit while they were working and seemed to have no regard for noise level…
Otherwise a good spot, I shall return considering it is within close proximity of my house.

I’m finally writing a review for the Macy’s Starbucks because I love the staff here so much. I don’t get the same person every time, but it just so happens that every single one of them has been so pleasant. I really love the older grandpa man who works there. sweet guy and still working his butt off at his age!

SHAME ON STARBUCKS! You have taken away full size pastries etc and kept the high prices! The cookies, buns etc are the size of a mini portion but the prices are still $ 2.50– for a third of the value! I am boycotting all Starbucks for this RIP OFF of the public! HOW DARE YOU! YOU ARE GREEDY SWINE! Tell the CEO hee’s an a-hole!

I don’t generally write reviews for chains, but the baristas here are so awesome, talkative, and fun. They also kick the food court Starbuck’s butt – this is the one in the Macy’s. Not as much traffic here and they make your drink correctly every time.

I don’t normally review chains, but I made another exception. This is the Starbucks inside the Macy’s. I tried my first Vivanno ever here and the barista who served me could not have been nicer to me about trying something new. I liked it so much I called back later to tell them how great it was. Great Starbucks, and because of its location, you can bet not a whole lot of volume comes through here, compared to the others; which probably means more courtesy and friendliness for you, and better drinks.
