Apparently you don’t need to checkin online if you complain enough. Instead you get to go before people who checked in first.

The worst experience ever. The one stylist working on my 5 year old started yelling at me when I pointed to a section I thought she missed. I was helping her hold my son’s head who moved a lot. I understand it was not easy for her but this isn’t the first time we get a hair cut and no one ever acted the way she did. My son was crying because hair was in his eyes. She did not have the decency to stop working on his hair and ask to wash his eyes. While crying she continued to cut and looked very frustrated. I wanted to stop her so I can wash his eyes but was worried she will snap. She wanted to finish the cut fast so I let her do until she started to yell at me. I could not believe it and she told me my son was bad and misbehaved. How would you feel if someone said so knowing your son was uncomfortable because of hair in his eyes. I heard the manager left that location and they have a temporary one not sure who she is but if she was the one that was there when all happened then I would say they do not how to hire people. She was watching while the stylist was yelling at me and when I reacted and yelled at her back telling her that she was unprofessional and that she should not touch kids hair if she does not know how to handle them, she then started threatening that if I don’t stop yelling she will call the police. I am still shaking from that experience especially that my son’s hair was never finished and had to go look for a late location to finish his hair. The next place was great. They handle my son in such a way I was even surprised. They talked to him and made him comfortable and finished the hair cut. I will never step foot into supercuts

I know it’s a cheap haircut. but it’s not worth trying to save your money here. The women that cut my son’s hair did a horrible job and she didn’t even care to fix it. She gave me an attitude when I asked her to try a fix it. She is a talentless waste of space!

I’ve been to several Super Cuts. His location seems to have better staff and they communicate better with clients too on wait times. My 9yr old son received a great hair cut by Stacey. He’s super picky but left happy.

I was in desperate need of a haircut and none of the places around had appointments, so as I drove by I saw it and stopped in. The staff was incredible nice and friendly. And they did a great job on my hair! I was very impressed and surprised!

If you’re looking for an inexpensive, yet good place to get a hair cut or a wax, Supercuts is the place to go! I used to go to more expensive salons but one day I was in a pinch and couldn’t get an appointment elsewhere so I decided to stop at Supercuts — and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. At my prior place, I’d pay anywhere from $ 75-$ 100 dollars for a cut and a wax but here I get both for under $ 30. They always take walk-ins, so you don’t have to make an appointment. I think the longest I’ve had to wait was 30 minutes but they usually take me within 10 – 15 minutes. Everyone at the Wayne store is extremely nice and they really listen when you try to explain what type of cut you’re looking for. They also do a great job with waxing but Amira has stood out to me as being really, really good; I hardly feel a thing when she does my eyebrows.
