The Reiki Healing Center of NJ

I have been a client of Sema’s for the past three years. I have struggled with anxiety and fertility issues and she has helped me with both. Sema is knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and extremely accommodating. I knew very little about Reiki before meeting Sema, but after my first visit I knew she would change my life. Sema is a miracle worker!

I visited Sema and had my first appointment this past Monday. I must say I feel amazing! My third eye, and crown chakras were blocked and Sema helped me with these blocks among other issues I was dealing with. I’ve been sleeping better and feel great. More energy and clear minded! She was very caring and kind, and a great energy worker. She knows her stuff! I’m not new to Reiki by all means so this was a special treat. Looking forward to going back soon!

I have to follow a gluten-​free diet and it is challenging because even very small amounts affect me. The reiki treatment plus meditation that Sema has taught me is helping me manage better overall, I think at least in part because it helps me achieve deeper relaxation. In particular it has helped me sleep better. Of course I continue to avoid gluten, but I think this is helping with those accidental small exposures.
Sema is not only caring and sincere, but also seems to be very knowledgeable.
I’ve tried acupuncture too, and I liked it depending on the practitioner, but reiki has been more beneficial for me personally.

I had been feeling a lot of negative thoughts and feelings lately about my job and just life in general, so thought it was time to a Reiki treatment. I googled Reiki and NJ and found Sema Tihan’s information for the Reiki Healing Center. It was near my work so thought it would a good starting place. I set up my entire appointment through email.
I went to the appt open to whatever happened, but I was skeptical due to the fact that I did not know Sema or anything about her. After my appt, I have to say that she is the REAL deal. My experience was intense and immediate. You keep your clothes on the entire time and Sema lightly touches you. I was in a dream like state immediately and through the entire session.
After my session I felt extremely relaxed. A few days after I was feeling much better over all and my mood was definitely better. I will be taking her Level 1 class to start my Reiki journey. I would HIGHLY recommend a session with Sema and encourage you to call and make an appt.

I hadn’t even heard of Reiki until recently. I heard a bunch of ladies at my yoga studio talking about Reiki and asked them about it and was told that it is a mind, body healing therapy.
My friend is a client of hers and it’s all she’s been talking about recently so I decided to give it a shot. She currently shares a space with another yoga studio in Wayne which I thought was pretty cool, upon meeting Sema I was immediately drawn to her positive and relaxing energy. She spent some time telling me exactly what Reiki is and what it could do for me.
You remain fully clothed the whole time while she lightly touches and focuses on each of your chakras. I’ve never been so relaxed in my life, gently music playing in the backround, very minimal lighting and I was almost out cold. It’s very much like a very deep meditation.
She also teaches Reiki classes so that you can perform it on yourself whenever you need it, I’m totally thinking about taking it.
