I was told it would cost me $ 10 to ship a package back to Amazon that had a prepaid return label on it? Really?

Walked in with my package already nicely bubble wrapped. Just wanted to put it in a UPS stock box, fill out a waybill, and have it billed to the receiver (allowed by UPS as long as the receiver has a verified account). Not only was I told that I could not ship unless I paid for it, BUT, I would have to pay a packaging fee. A packaging fee for a pre-​wrapped parcel to put in a stock box? Oh No! They had NO stockboxes available period! A UPS store under the brown label, but won’t bill to their own account? And no supplies? Worst experience, will not go back.
