Just to follow up on my past review, my wife recently went there with her new phone she purchased over the phone with Verizon. She had wanted to have her contacts transferred to her new phone. The lovely man behind the counter told her that they don’t the that capability and that she will have to go else where to get it done. I am still left baffled on these people can run a store let alone a business.

I went into this store tonight with my husband and family. We weren’t even halfway to the counter and the guy behind the counter asks what he can do for us. My husband asks him if he’s able to help activate our phones we ordered from . The guy asks if we would like our contacts transferred, to which we reply yes. He says«It’s $ 20. If you don’t want to pay, you can go elsewhere.» Elsewhere we went. We would have paid the $ 20 if it wasn’t for his attitude!
