Buyer Beware. On Jan 13, 2015 I took my brand new Iphone 6 plus and purchased from him the Glass shield and a phone cover. Phone dropped, glass shattered, the only thing on my cell was a cheap plastic thin flimsy cover! I went back to him in person, showed him the phone, all he said was you have no phone cover on there, I said Exactly, where is the glass you put on it? He had absolutely no reply or to explain what possibly could have happened. The only conclusion here is, he never applied the glass shield that I paid for to begin with! Is he doing this to other non suspecting customers? I reported him to main Zagg CO, doing credit card dispute, and BBB. I am out 199 $ for deductible of a new phone.

The staff at this kiosk are fantastic. Every time I visit the ZAGG booth they’re kind, helpful and a pleasure to work with. And, the ZAGG line of screen protectors are second to none. They’ve saved my phones, tablet and now watch from screen cracks and scratches countless times.
But what really sets ZAGG apart from the likes of Best Buy and other retailers is how well they install the screen protectors at the booth. They do this and only this all day long and it shows. No dust, no bubbles and a perfect alignment every time. I’ve been going to them for years and they’ve probably covered 10 of my and my wife’s devices.

Just an FYI on the glass screen, your glass screen is covered if you end up cracking your iPhones screen. So there really isn’t a point to getting this done.
