Great variety of Mediterranean inspired food, served in great atmosphere with great service. Try the Cabo sandwich and the tres leches desert!

I’ve been here many times and don’t think I’ve ever had a meal that I didn’t like. Last weekend I had an extra delicious meal — half a Cuban panini & a cup of really good chicken & sausage gumbo. The fact that it was priced right — one of the lunch combos offered — made it even better. Café del Sol is one of the best dining options in Waynesboro.

We have had lunch here many times and I feel bad I have never left a review. This place is tasty! They have a good selection. We’ve had fish tacos, quesadillas, pizzas, etc.

The menu had something for everyone and the prices were reasonable. We went with friends from the area and they said it’s one of their go-to spots! The service was impeccable, the waitress brought out refills for our drinks before we even knew we needed them. I had the crab cake panini and the old bat mayonnaise really added something extra. The dessert looked yummy as well, but we were already stuffed. In an area with limited choices, this was a pleasant surprise!

Try the dessert shooters… They are great. The music is great, but it’s an odd feeling when serving America/italian food. Steven is nice.

can not say enough good about this place. food and prices are great for what you get. service can be slow but it is friendly. I have three kids ages 6, 8 and 10 who love the food as well. glad to see Waynesboro is getting some good food choices finally. most places around here substitute quantity and price for quality. I for one prefer quality and this place has it at a reasonable price

Café del Sol has a great selection of fantastic food. The restaurant is very clean with great, cheery servers. Things I recommend from their menu: ~Salads~ *California Salad and/or Spinach Portobello Salad.(Both are amazing.) ~Panini~ *CUBAN ~Wrap~ *Market Wrap The homemade chips are a great bonus also.

Just ate here for lunch. Nice little place. It’s clean and spacious with a casual, but modern atmosphere. They were playing a nice mix of alternative and electronic music. Dimly lit, but open. The price was okay, especially if you catch their lunch combo before 4. It costed about $ 13 per person. Notable things I tried were the chili, the tomato bisque, the nachos, and the Cuban panini. All were well worth it, except the chili, and the portions of the sides and appetizers were a little generous. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so I don’t know how well they do under pressure, but for just us, the service and food were quick.

As usual, this afternoon’s lunch at Café Del Sol in Waynesboro was excellent. The chicken quesadilla was wonderfully flaky on the outside, and filled with delicious chicken and vegetables.

good food, good service, great ambiance! lots of choices, even for a vegetarian. LOVE the portobello salad/wrap, nachos, tomato soup, caprese pizza. it’s comfortable, laid back, and i love the dim lighting. of the 3 café del sol’s, this is my favorite. hagerstown is okay, wouldn’t go back to the one in greencastle. service is iffy.

They do not care about customer service at this restaurant. We got $ 35 in take out every single Friday for a year and they lost our business. We always ordered the calzone minus 3 of the meats with extra cheese. They decided we should pay extra for the cheese even though we weren’t getting 3 of the meats. Manager said it was policy and that was that. I guess customer policy is more important than common sense and our business which amounted to more than $ 1500 per year.

Here we had a terrific, meaty Cuban sandwich and an Avocado chicken sandwich that was perfectly grilled, moist breast meat with creamy avocado. Very yummy indeed! Quirky environment is what you will find filled with abstract art. Cool, fun and very Delicious. Highly recommend you visit if in the area.

Possibly the best in town. Big salads. Great soups and sandwiches. A change from the standard meat and tater buffets in town.

Love this simple spot in the Food Lion strip mall! The nachos, salads, panninis and soups are all delicious! Big portions and quick and friendly service. No alcohol served. Great place to go on a date or take the whole family.

Was recommended for a quick lunch near our real estate agent’s office. Have been back numerous times. Food and service have been great everytime. A hidden gem in this area. The mil loves it and will request it when she visits.

What a great little place for Waynesboro. I love it. The food is fresh, the service is good, the atmosphere is light and fresh. The menu isn’t big, but everything I“ve had here has been delicious. I LOVE the California salad and the veggie wrap.(The wrap has a name, but it escapes me for now.) Their home made potato chips rock. There are two other Café del Sol locations. I’ve been to the Hagerstown locale and that’s good too. There is also good sweet tea.
