Terrible terrible terrible-did I say it’s terrible. Order is never right. Now unless you return immediately with your receipt & sandwich or whatever, they won’t even make it right. Terrible service-horrible management– won’t even attempt to make things right. No napkins in the bag… blah blah blah

Gross!!! Woman behind the counter wearing black mcdonalds jacket with frizzy hair and glasses was picking her ear and licking her fingers!!! She made me want to vom, BIG TIME!!! The other people are not disgusting just slow. This place is weird!!! Crappy!!!

We have been coming to this McDs ever since we moved into the area which has been about a year now. The food has always been served hot and fresh the Frappes are just right, not watered down. The staff, although mostly very young, are kind and courteous. And the place is always clean. We work in Frederick, but we will wait until we get home and come here on a night that calls for fast food. This place has not let us down even once. Kudos to the Management and keep up the good work staff!
