For a town as small as Waynesboro, I thought this was a very nice gym. They had all your standard cardio and weight machines, a large free weight section, a room for fitness classes, and another workout room with artificial turf and circuit training equipment.
I LOVED the rowing machines; they’re the water rowers, which I think make for a tougher workout than the standard ones my home gym has. The space is very open, not stuffy at all. There were certainly some huge guys (and gals) working out in there, but it didn’t have an intimidating vibe at all. The guy working at the front was very nice. $ 5 for a day pass was a great deal.

Visited the gym while traveling for business. I visit gyms in various cities while traveling for work. Nice gym. CLEAN. Good mix of machines and free weights. Friendly staff. Owner is present in facility. Members respect each others space. If looking to join a gym, nice place.

Staunton, VA
This gym is in a great location in Waynesboro. It is a very large, open facility. They have a lot of cardio machines (treadmills, rowers, elliptical, arc, etc) right up front and they have circuit trainer machines with weights in the back. They offer group fitness classes and personal training. The staff is very friendly and encouraging. They have a reasonable monthly fee.
