I’ve been to this location many times. They have mis-​diagnosed so-​called problems in my car, and said it was going to cost over $ 1000 to fix the «problem.» I had it checked out by other mechanics, who said that there wasn’t a problem. Also, even when there was a problem, other mechanics were able to fix the problem at a fraction of the cost that Monroe was going to charge me. They also wouldn’t take responsibility when they messed up the alignment on my car. (They blamed another mechanic… who was actually the one to fix it.)
