Lowe’s Home Improvement Wareshose Stre of Wynsvlle

I’ve been a customer for four years now and I have not had too any issues with this location. Inventory is usually good, customer service is good. (If you do have a problem, ask for manager). Any issues I have had have always been resolved. I have purchased from every department and have bought appliances with delivery and installation. Did have some issues with lost paperwork that delayed an installation, but it was resolved.
I try to use local stores as much as possible but the materials cost on large jobs is always better at Lowe’s and the inventory is usually better also.

I agree with the previous reviewers. Some employees are terrific (Lorin in bathroom sinks and Torie in paint), but most could care less, and one is just downright rude and bitter. They never ask if you need help. What really gets me is that I was lied to by an employee about an appliance that we were checking out. When the sample, on-​floor appliance was reacting to a hard slam with negative results, I believed the guy when he said that that reaction was no biggie. Know what? It was. We purchased that model, and we have had problems with it since. Wished I had listened to my instincts. I do not want anyone to lose their job, so I will not mention names or exact departments. The dude that lied was very friendly, and the other guy will one day get karmic payback. The Lowe’s delivery/​installation team are the best. Friendly and quick. Just wanted to give a heads up about the negatives.

Horrible!!! And very expensive like Walmart. Employees were not helpful in the back departments? Shop local stores instead…

Had to make sure they had what I needed. they said they had 12 them, but when I got there they couldn’t seem to find any of them.
