Josh Martin is the main reason I bring our Equinox to Jerry’s. In both cases where we’ve needed to bring in the car, Josh has beaten the time estimate for repairs, made sure we had a loaner car if necessary and has been awesome about diagnosig and fixing issues we’ve had — including one reoccurring problem that two other Chevy service centers kept missing. In the last instance, he had us bout of the shop in less than a day because we desperately needed the car for my wife before I left in business for a week. Nice guy, easy to do business with. Has my loyalty as a customer. Thanks Josh.

I started with looking for a vehicle after a loss of one and almost a year of unemployment. I found Jerry’s because I had been to dealers in my area and was not impressed with the service. When I looked up the discounts for employees you had to select 3 dealers. I didn’t want anyone and searched for who had the best customer service. Dealer Rater pulled up Jerry’s which seem to far surpass every one else. I worked with Perry Hopf online. He was an excellent sales person and very genuine and sincere. He wasn’t like the other dealers that contacted me. I had a lot going on with grad school, work and kids but Perry was patient and worked with me. When I went to purchase the dealership was beautiful and staff was so courteous and helpful. Sales Manager Robert Leet was very nice and helpful too and got me a great rate. I really had a delightful experience! I even got to study for my statistics exam using free WIFI while I was waiting. Hands down… BEST experience I’ve had ever with a dealer. Jerry’s ROCKS! I walked in expecting to not be able to make a purchase… and if I did it would be at an outrageous interest rate/​terms. Not only did I drive away in a new car, I was able to get an amazing interest rate and at a monthly payment I can afford. I took my 2008 SRX in for non-​warranty repairs, as always, Jerry’s Cadillac Service in the person of Jan Ivey and her staff, were great as usual. Fast, friendly service and the coffee is always good.
I would never think of having either of Cadillac’s repaired any where else.
