Tried to place a delivery order, however they would not deliver even though we are within 5 miles of the store. Not a very competitive way to do business.

I was a loyal customer of Weatherford pizza hut, for over a year. They just lost my business. I ordered extra cheese on my stuffed crust pizza the other night. They hardly put any cheese on it at all. I noticed on my receipt that they didn’t mind charging me for extra cheese. Their pizzas are not cheap, as a matter of fact, they’re very high priced. You’d think they would at least give you what you ordered.

Carry out is excellent and they sometimes work with you on coupons. I’ve dined in a couple times, the most rent one I ordered pizza and wings, the wings were good, but the waiter forgot I ordered a pizza and therefore forgot to have it cooked.

Just awful. They forgot the two main toppings, forgot the sauces on the side, and one of the pizzas was cold. When I called and complained I spoke to two different managers that had no problem resolving skills who were unable to identify themselves or their position with the company. Instead of recognizing the issue they placed blame on a new employee. The only resolution they could offer was a store credit. Their inability to properly train their staff does not reassure me to use this credit. Their inability to communicate and resolve a costumer complaint just astounds me.

The pizza is always good. Very rarely is our order wrong. The pizza is priced a little higher than the other chains. I like the app so I can order myself.

Pizza Hut Wingstreet is a new family favorite for us!
Since my daughter doesn’t like pizza, we decided to try the wings a while back. The place we went to, offered to put the sauces on the side. This worked perfect because it let our family of 4 sample flavors and my picky 4 year old can basically have chicken tenders dipped in ranch.
Other locations have been willing to do the sauces on the side as well. It’s also less messy.
We spend about $ 25 for drinks and 24 wings and we all leave happy.

We have ONLY done this location with pick-​up. They do have a restaurant but it has been years since we have eaten inside. They did just remodel though.
We have NEVER had a problem with calling in our order and going to pick it up. It is ALWAYS fresh and HOT! VERY HOT! :-D Can’t say enough good things about this place if you are wanting to pick up your own pizza. Great location, great food. Usually they have a great deal going too!
