I Called them on Wednesday, a lady answered the phone, I told her that I would like to get an estimate on refinishing my hardwood floor, she said I am not in the office can you call me back and leave your name and number, I said o.k. I called back and the message on the recording was Rod’s custom flooring and something about Century21. She called me back and said they will call me back on Thursday (Next day.) I did not hear from anyone so I called back Thursday afternoon and left a message. Never got a return call. If this is how they do business I will find another company to refinish my floor. I would not recommend them for any type of work.
