This theater is a boon. For us local bunch. ken Hill gets all of the best rated movies. The confections are first rate and are cheap for a theater. 5.50 bucks for seniors and kids! Come on in for a great time and great people.

Best little theater around! Family owned and operated. Gotta love the real butter on the popcorn and the first rate movies. Thanks for helping make Weaverville what it is, a friendly, happy, entertaining, wonderful place to be!

I guess it’s all relative, but as a local I have to say the Trinity Theatre(built in 1939 and renovated in 2006) is as good as it gets. Since Ken Hill took it over, we are getting first run movies for the first time! Hooray for Ken’s two screens(another first.)

Nice little theater with fantastic sound system and first-run features. As a neighborhood theater aficionado, I like to patronize local movie houses. The air-conditioning was INTENSE and we had to cover up, since it was only about 78 outside in the evening. Welcome escape from those HOT days they usually get, though. If you are anywhere in the Trinity Alps/Redding/Shasta area, take a little side trip to this town and see a movie here.(Also visit the Joss House Chinese temple, which was closed by the time we got there.) There’s a little Mexican restaurant next door with fresh stuff to eat(needs salt but hey it’s not the Bay Area!).
